| Why Torrie? |
| Why Torrie? Well I've been a fan of Torrie since 1999 when she was in WCW. I was only a little boy and I'll admit I wasn't much a big fan of wrestling as I am today. Just like every 90's kid, I watched TV, and tuned to every channel to see what was good. Then I saw Torrie(though I didn't know her name was Torrie until 2001). I immediately became a mark for her. I tuned in every Monday and Wednesday to see her. Then I stopped watching around 2000 since she was barely on those times. In 2001 just until someone told me that Torrie is now in the WWF I was like woah. I coundn't believe. So I kept tunning every Thursday(back when it used to Thursday Night Smackdown) and RAW. Couple years went by and I was still a big Torrie fan. When I heard Judgement Day(2004) was going to be in Los Angeles, I quickly bought tickets knowing that Torrie was in a match with Dawn. I slept over at the Staples Center and I got to meet her. She was soo sweet. It has always been my dream to meet Torire in
person and I finally did. I got to meet her again in 2006 when it was Supershow here again at Los Angeles(Her match against Maria vs Victoria vs Candice for Tournament Round). To this day I still support Torrie after almost a decade and I certainly hope she wins the Women's Championship one day! And buy from her store =p lol. |
